Austin Cross
Director
Married to his high school sweetheart, Mattie, and dad to his son Kasey. Austin played baseball at Indiana State before returning home to Kansas. Growing up in rural Kansas is where he developed a love for hunting, fishing and all things outdoors. After returning home, fitness and ultra running soon became an added passion. When he’s not running 100+ mile races, he’s working as a full-time cattleman and herd manager. Him and his wife own and operate a farm to table beef business, Cross Cattle Company.
Austin joined Dominion to walk with like minded men who had a compulsion to pursue our God-given roles together.

Hunter Morgan
President
Married to his lovely wife, Tennissa, and proud dad of DJ, Judah, Valor, and Benaiah. Hunter grew up hunting Elk, Mule Deer and Antelope in the mountains of Northern Nevada, but he’s called Kansas home for the past 5 years. Hunter serves as the Executive Director of Career Services and Student Success at Sterling College, a private, 4-year Christian College. Hunter loves chasing waterfowl across Kansas with his son, DJ and his lab, Hank. When he’s not duck hunting, you’ll catch him bowfishing Kansas rivers.
Hunter founded Dominion Ministries with a calling on his life to fight for the hearts of men.
When he finally came to his senses, he said to himself, ‘At home even the hired servants have food enough to spare, and here I am dying of hunger! I will go home to my father and say, “Father, I have sinned against both heaven and you, and I am no longer worthy of being called your son. Please take me on as a hired servant.”’ So he returned home to his father. And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. Jason Stansbury
Director
Happily married to his wife, Erin. Father to Andrew, Robbie and Lily - Jason is a Kansas native and full-time farmer for the last 23 years. Before that he taught High School science for 6 years and coached track & football. Jason currently serves on the Central Prairie Coop board, sits as chairman of the Deacon Board at First Baptist Church in Lyons, KS and plays bass in the praise band. Jason’s favorite outdoor activities include skiing and hiking in the mountains.
Jason united with Dominion Ministries to minister and equip men to impact their families and communities. By building authentic disciples of Christ we can change the culture.
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ who lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.

Bo Westerfield
Vice President
Joyously hitched to Jessica, and proud dad to Presley, Rosalie, Adaline, and William. Bo is a born and raised Kansan. Taught to love spending time in God’s great creation from a young age, he enjoys hunting (everything except waterfowl), fishing, hiking, and especially camping with his family. A former wildlife biologist, he now works as a high school and middle school teacher and coach.
Bo joined Dominion with a firm belief that if men will assume a posture of moldable clay before their Lord Jesus Christ, we will see radical change in families, churches, and communities.
Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they do not make you useless nor unproductive in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Donnie Thomas

Married to his beautiful wife, Kris, for over 32 years and proud father to three young men. Cole, Drew & Gage. Donnie has lived in Kansas all of his life and has a passion for everything in the outdoors; hunting, fishing, water sports, hiking etc. He has a love for Land and Land management and has paired that love with a career in Land Real Estate at Midwest Land Group. He’s also passionate about getting youth outside and un-plugged from electronics.
Donnie joined Dominion to walk with like-minded men and because he believes in the mission so much! He wants to help men see God in the great outdoors. If we can help men slow down, and un-plug from the world for just a little while, we believe they will start to see God. Then we can help equip them for their faith journey.

Josh Hood
Director
Married to his wonderful wife, Emily - Josh is father of three kids, Abby, Eli, and Benji. Josh moved from East Texas, where he grew up biking, camping, and running a lawn care business. Josh came to Kansas for college and has called Sterling home ever since. Josh now runs Hood Construction and loves serving through remodels and new construction both commercial and residential.
Josh joined Dominion to be obedient to God’s call to make disciples. When we put ourselves in a position to be challenged and stretched, God certainly provides and grows our faith immensely in the process.
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
